Lemon Balm is a lemon-scented herb.  Lemon balm has traditionally been used to improve mood and cognitive function.  Great in homemade teas.  Lemon Balm is part of the mint family.  A potting medium should only lightly cover lemon balm seeds as they need lights to germinate.

You can harvest the leaves and stems anytime after the plant has begun to grow.  Wait until it has at least a few stems.
